SOLAR:

• Performs Site Survey and scoping of Construction Drawings to create SOW.
• Permit and jurisdiction coordination prior to construction start.
• Ordering Materials/ and Equipment per project requirements.
• Experience in reading and interpreting installation plans and diagrams.
• Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work in accordance with OSHA guidelines
• Install solar panels. Optimizer, Micro Inverter and MCI on roof, ground mounts, or other designated areas using proper tools and equipment.
• Install Powerwall 3, Powerwall 2, Gateway 3, Backup Gateway 2, Backup Switch and Remote Meter.
• Performs Commissioning of Powerwall 3 and Powerwall 2.
• Troubleshooting and repairing any issues or malfunctions with installed solar panel systems
• Collaboration and communication with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Perform Close Out Package (COP) and Final Building Inspection.
• Certified installer by four different manufacturer (Tesla, SolarEdge, Enphase and Franklin).

RF Wireless:

• Performs Site Survey and scoping RFDS to create SOW.
• Permit and jurisdiction coordination prior to construction start.
• Ordering Materials/ and Equipment per project requirements.
• Evaluate structural conditions for locating equipment and antennas and determine what types of structural documentation is required.
• Perform field preparation and establish field build plan for equipment and structures.
• Site preparation and concrete pad / platform installation.
• Complete build of Wireless Cell site for Indoor and Outdoor Applications
• Site prep for final testing/call test.
• Performs Sweep testing, Fiber testing and RET/ACU Configuration.
• Create, Administer, and Monitor Close Out Package (COP).

• Review NTP package (BOM, RFDS, CDs, SOW and Structural)
• Perform Virtual Site Support (VSS) with Ericsson GC from CX start to CX complete.
• Check daily progress and work practices is being performed safely and per customer specification/standard.
• Review and approved Close Out Photos.
• Review, redlined and approved of COP documents.
• Review and approve of correction found during QA walk.
• Perform COP GC call to ensure COP submittal is on time per SLA.
• Perform COP Customer call for COP submittal/updates.

• Permit and jurisdiction coordination prior to construction start.
• Ordering Materials/ and Equipment per project requirements.
• Evaluate structural conditions for locating equipment and antennas and determine what types of structural documentation is required.
• Perform field preparation and establish field build plan for equipment and structures.
• Site preparation and concrete pad / platform installation.
• PIM and Line Testing of Equipment for continuity of wireless system.
• Resolve Troubleshoot Antenna system sweeps that includes System Return Loss (SRL) and Distance-To-Fault (DTF) Main line sweeps and TMA Gain test.
• Site Audits and Tiger Team follow up for quality construction control.
• Perform review/approval of Close Out Package (COP).
