I honed in on my ability to collaborate and work as a team, becoming very proficient at it. I also refined my attention to detail and ability to organize through planning and setting up various events. Finally, my communication improved a great deal. Many of the events I worked on were for elderly people, so I was able to become good at talking and connecting with people of other generations.
