Respectful and discerning in relating to people of all levels of spiritual and musical maturities and cultural backgrounds. Enthusiastic about building strong community relationships and providing high-quality worship experiences within the context of a local church and with a good working and ministry relationship with a senior pastor. I am a relator, but also a futuristic dreamer and planner. The pastoral stance is essential to the success of a music ministry within the local church context. Simultaneously, a positive and possibility-thinking posture is important to building a program that is ultimately designed to glorify God and point people to a relationship with Jesus Christ. In all aspects of my life, this is my singular goal.
