- My knowledge of government contracts and the FAR allowed me to escalate settlement to the Air Force ombudsman at the U.S. Pentagon and receive payment of invoices over a year past due. In some cases, this included the addition of interest.
- Worked with account managers, directors, CFO, accounts receivable and billing associates to define job contract and billing requirements, assuring accurate account set up, billings, and revenue recognition within the legal scope of our requirements.
- After a year of working with domestic & Canadian customers, I was asked to lead revenue recognition for the AVI-SPL UK office.
- Created an in-depth UK customer aging report from their AX system.
- Initiated a new job setup practice resulting in reduced aging from $10M to $3M. It also lowered the number of credit/rebills required due to incorrect billing and increased revenue recognition.
