Accounting - Ran Rapid Express machines - processing premium

payments. Confirming premium bills were process correctly, balancing internal accounts.

PIlot program for Fire Claims Central - answering phones on all shifts from policyholder that needed to file a claim for either auto, fire or life policies. Entering information and sending to the correct department for further review of the claim.

Became part of the new department of Fire Claims Central as a Claims Service Assistance - pass out paper phone messages to claims representative. File paper claim files, process open mail, making sure all documents were connected to the correct paper files, assisted claim representations in what was needed to process first party claims.

Promoted to new role of claim processors - assisted with agent and their staff in paying and writing claim drafts from their office. Answering phones to assist them in the workflow and or any claims questions. Process paper agent drafts confirming costs of repairs were reasonable and draft was written correctly.

Promoted to a Claims Representative - assisted with training of new employees. Continue education to meet adjuster licensing in each state that is require to process claims. Speaking with policyholders in obtaining the facts of loss for the claim that they filed, walking them through the workflow and what the expectation is for their claim. Speaking with contractors, agent office, vendors to obtain information or provide them with information. Reconciling repair estimates to make sure we pay for what is owe on each claim including reviewing coverage decisions, reviewing dictated letters, operating claim systems and continue to learn claims software.
