Performed set ups, edited programs, made offset changes on CNC machines to make pneumatic valve parts on a daily basis for 25 years. Inspected parts and kept tolerances as per blue print dimensions. Followed inspection procedure sheets and filled out inspection logs.

Manufactured and built up fixtures. Designed and worked with process engineers to have new fixtures made, obtain and develop proper tooling.

Worked with assembly teams and engineers to trouble shoot problems with pneumatic valves, manifolds and bases.

Proficient in gauging and inspecting casted and plastic parts, extruded bars and finished parts plant wide.

Used calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, co-ordinate measuring machine, dial indicators, thread and plug gauges, bore gauges and microscopes to take accurate measurements of parts.

Worked with maintenance to maintain and trouble shoot problems with CNC machines.
