My job key was helping each member with refills on their medications and getting approvals from their pcp for more refills. Another thing we did for our customers was helping them with emergency supply of medicine when they misplaced them or needed to get medication when they are out of state and don’t have their prescription. Last but not least we assisted them when they wanted to change to another pharmacy that was more convenient for them or if they wanted to switch over to us.
