Independent Broker in Colorado. Ran all day to day operations of office and scheduled showings, met with clients (Buyers and Sellers), Wrote contracts (listing and purchase contracts). Helped clients with decision making and helping anywhere I could to make the buying and selling process easier.

I took over my boss's accounting practice in 2012 when he retired. I continued with his business model and kept almost all his clients in the process. Ran day to day operations of the office, interviewed clients for tax returns, prepared tax returns and also made sure we had great customer service thru out the year even when tax season was over.

I decided to go on my own after 18 years as an equipment operator and bought my own equipment and helped my clients with any project they needed done. I built roads, built the homes, Put in the utilities, Did electrical and plumbing work and also installed septic systems. After I recieved my real estate license I helped my client build their dream home or any project I could after the sale.

I would go out and walk the woods to pick up antler sheds as well as trees with character. I would then make them into works of art, such as chandeliers, lamps, Beds, tables, dressers and coat stands. I did this until my wrist couldn't handle it anymore. Love the work and the satisfaction when the client would see the finished product. I did the sales and the manufacturing myself. I would sell to retail stores thru out the state as well as locally
