-Form, maintain, and improve relations between the United States Army and Kuwaiti military and law enforcement organizations by coordinating training events, friendly shooting competitions, and regular meetings with high ranking members to discuss operations

-Providing constant security during convoys

-Staying on alert at all times and searching around for any possible threat to include but not limited to, enemy personnel, drones, vehicles, and underground explosives

-React to hostile contact and neutralize the threat

-Responsible for executing daily missions requiring busses

-Supervised 8 subordinate bus drivers

-Responsible for the regular maintenance of the busses in my possession

-Served as a Squad Leader while deployed on the Texas-Mexico border working with Border Patrol, State Police, and local Law Enforcement organizations to prevent illegal immigration and illegal smuggling of drugs

-Took charge of 13 Soldiers giving them orders and guidance to execute the mission successfully while making sure I bring them back home alive everyday

-Trained 13 Soldiers to enhance their physical and mental fitness to increase their mission readiness

-Led a team size element of 5 Soldiers while deployed to the Texas-Mexico border

-Worked as a server and bartender at Olive Garden. Quickly proved myself and became one of the top servers at the restaurant with the most returning customers who request me specifically due to my customer service.

-Had top positive surveys of all servers and never a negative complaint or survey

-This led to management appointing me as a trainer for servers.

Managed a newly established family owned Thai food restaurant

-Established a customer base and continuous customer satisfaction with many returning regular customers

-Set standard operating procedures for the way the restaurant should be ran and was successful with the results of organized work environment

-Responsible for the interviewing and hiring of new employees

-Responsible for ensuring smooth work flow by effectively distributing work amongst employees

-Ensured all ingredients are constantly restocked on the line at all times

-Took inventory of all items in the store and appropriately placed delivery order for missing and/or low stock items

-Handled any and all customer complaints and guaranteed customer satisfaction to ensure the customer’s return
