Support Service Specialist (GS-11)

  • Prepared purchase requests, processed government credit card (GPC), GSA and Milstrip requests
  • Monitored usage and initiated orders of paper, toner, and all consumable supplies for the National War College (NWC)
  • Assisted in the NDU and NWC graduation preparations, including procurement of supplies, organizing diplomas, catering assistance, placement of tables and chairs and cleanup operations
  • Provided daily customer service for all NWC staff, students, and faculty with clerical and logistical requirements
