On February of 2022, I was selected as the Formby and Wheeler units as the Recreation Oversight Officer. My job duties for this position are assigning inmates as officer and inmate barbers and the officer boot black. I was also tasked to make sure the inmate recreation areas were maintained in working condition. I also maintained and supplied televisions in all inmate housing areas and conducted inmate recreational tournaments per agency policy. Prior to being selected as the recreation officer, I was assigned to shift and was the primary officer assigned to the Formby unit back gate officer.
