Arraying from maintaining and operation of a variation of crafts to the managing of subordinates and peers alongside me in order to get mission ready to be able to support those we work for. As a Maritime Subjects Matter Expert I am responsible for the operation and maintenance of:
- 55HP MFE
- Zodiac Combat Rubber Raiding Craft
- Wing Combat Rubber Raiding Craft
- 225HP Mercury outboards
- 40HP Honda outboard
- Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats
As a SME I have been responsible for the delegation of tasks throughout the maintenance shop in order to mission capable. I have managed getting Marines onto various courses to keep them up to date on annual requirements. I have trained and supervised new Marines under my charge to take over responsibilities in my absence. I have taught different Maritime classes ranging from Basic Engine Maintenance to Nautical Navigation.
