Collaborate with users, developers, stakeholders and potential solution providers to identify and leverage best tools, processes, and applications for AFC HR Processes to enable them to successfully accomplish their respective HR programs, supporting mission accomplishment through our most important asset – People. As a Cloud IPT member I successfully collaborated with over 13 different commands participating in group discussion, task and individual assignments to meet assigned IPT team’s objectives.
  • Member of the DAC’s IPT team for command climate survey results. Task with finding recommendations in the key areas of the climate surveys findings: Inequality of opportunities awards & recognition, assignments, promotions, pay inequality, group cohesion and inclusivity.
