  • Developed and co-led data-driven monthly ENL coordinators' PLC meetings for the 47 high schools in Brooklyn North
  • Worked closely with school leaders, APPAs and programmers to increase the district's ML/ELL compliant programming from 86% to 92.3%
  • Expanded the NYS Seal of Biliteracy program in BKNHS, more than doubling the number of Seal graduates
  • Provided in-school coaching for more than 10 new/newish ENL teachers
  • Co-organized a year long Read 180 PL series for a cohort of 10 schools
