in our clinical work shop in Nurse 131&132, we check patient vital signs: Temperature, blood pressure, respiration , pulse, pulse oximeter oxygen saturation,weight and height. we assist hospitalized patient to take their shower, make their bed, dress them if they cannot dress themselves.

i work in sub-cure unit as nursing assistance , help patient in the activity daily living , eg patient that come for rehabilitation for their hip surgery, fracture or any kind of limitation or sickness that need long term  therapy.
