1. Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and enforce safety standards.

3. Lead safety training programs and toolbox talks to educate employees on best practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

4. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes, develop corrective actions, and compile detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies.

5. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution, promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.

• Participate in numerous training events with Texas Mutual in the reduction of HEI's Workers Compensation Insurance Premiums as well as stay apprised of changing Workers Compensation issues.
