This meant on call every 3rd week to inspect after hrs as well as traveling when necessary.

As production coordinator I did the following:
Created production schedule Built out for emergency mitigation crews. Also scheduling all sub trades as well, while Feilding all calls for new loss Both commercial and residential.
I Handled all Brand and franchise compliance by making sure all Buttons were hit daily on time to keep franchise truth score up. This could vary from arrive on site to estimate up Load, or even Job start or complete. Also, hand in hand working in Job tracker to keep hundreds of Jobs within compliance for contractor connection to keep our POMS score

Also while in this position I mastered all Dry logs for estimate upload. While completing 12 and 24 Hr reports for clients and carriers.
In this position I assisted in collections as well and stayed on top of the project management team making sure we at all times had all the forms necessary for collection. weather it be work Auth or a COS or even a waiver. Tracking and approving labor through software T-sheets and tracking overtime for when accounting ran payroll. Through out production during the day I would make sure each crew was punched to there Job and transferred between Jobs when necessary. This allowed for a productive approval process.
I Managed our Fleet of 18 Vehicles and warehouse as well. I handled all vendors and ordering of consumables. Tracking consumables to make sure there was no leakage. I'm proficient in many vehicle and asset tracking programs as it was my Job to run driving reports and respond efficiently to all driving alerts. Also making sure we lost zero equipment During production. While working with the CFO on vehicle safety.
On many days I would have to inside project Manage using Mica and Docusketch to assist management with volume of work. It was my Job to enter all target and start Dates for the project management team while making sure Jobs came within a profitable GP.
I reviewed scopes with carriers, adjusters, home owners and 3rd Parties Daily. I inspected and would create moisture logs and production scope of work. I ordered all ACM testing while reviewing incoming results for project management. I worked hand in hand with the abatement trades for removals needed while going to the carrier for approvals when needed. I also worked on getting estimate revision requests handled for approval.
I also fielded all incoming revision requests from corporate and carriers and got them to the appropriate PM to get them addressed ASAP and I would revise as well.

As large loss supervisor I would Deploy to local large loss as well as hurricane and national response. Often being on the Rd as Long as 2 months at a time. I would at times be responsible for crews as large as 25 People.
As a large loss supervisor My Job was to Drive production as well as dry out. Operating large Desiccants as well as smaller drying equipment to assist in Dry in place Jobs as well as remove and dry structure. Generators and power Distribution were often used.
Also to help handle volume during CAT and Storm I would often go and scope commercial large loss.
When not on Large Loss I would work locally. I was on the Board up team and also would inspect and scope residential Mold, fire, and water losses as well as trauma. I did Alot of commercial Mold Remediation as well. I enjoy remediation probably second Most after large loss being first.
At this company working over 100 HRS in 1 week During CAT wasn't unheard of.
