Working over the summer, I helped prepare an Elementary school building for the next school year. I was responsible for deep cleaning each classroom, cleaning hallways, walls, and floors. Ensuring that everything is sanitized for the upcoming school year.

As an employee of the 4-H program, I reported to my designated spot after school from 3-5 p.m., 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). As I was given the title of educator I held many responsibilities. I was in charge of taking and reporting attendance, handing snacks out to the children, and managing behaviors. I was also responsible for running my club within the program. That comes with creating my lesson plans and collecting materials. I was in charge of the "Culture Club" where I taught the children about cultures around the world and how they compare to American culture. Together, we did worksheets, made foods, and researched different countries.
