  • Complete and/or submit annual reporting to BFIM and the city for various communities when requested.
  • Submit all required documents and income certification form to auditors and lenders during initial lease up of new developments when necessary.
  • Conduct final review, complete, and submit annual reporting to Web-Based Annual Reporting System (WBARS) for necessary communities.
  • Complete annual IRS 8703 form where applicable for any bond funded communities.
  • Direct department to make required changes to internal forms set by WSHFC and other funders.
  • Work with property management staff to collect required documents for all file reviews and community inspections conducted by WSHFC and other funders.
  • Responsible to ensure all required documents and questionnaire’s for file reviews, etc. are completed accurately and submitted on time.
