• Contribute to developing essential life skills and fostering a culture of independence for our clients
• Implement behavioral intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive ones
• Recognize and respond to changes in clients’ health, behavior, or well-being
• Participate in daily activities, outings, and community involvement
• Maintain accurate records of client activities, progress, goal tracking, and attendance
• Complete required documentation, including attendance, daily logs, and reports in accordance with Imber Services policies
Qualifications
• 20 Years or Older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR training within 30 days of hire
• Must have reliable transportation
• Clean driving record and valid Drivers License
• Experience helpful but not required
