A) Conducts interview for the screening of prospective blood donors.
B) Performs blood collection outside the hospital.
C) Explains replacement program to the relative of the patients.
D) Performs phlebotomy for both serological screening and collection of blood components.
E) Responsible for the fractionation and processing of different blood components.
F) Performs blood typing and crossmatching ensuring accuracy and precision of results.
G) Performs serological screening for the potential blood donors using different types of serological methods available in the market such as immunochromatography and the like.

A) Prepares and dispenses different types of culture media used for microbiological tests.
B) Isolates organisms by using appropriate type of streaking techniques to corresponding media.
C) Identifies organisms based on the biochemical test (manual), BBL and Vitek 2 results.
D) Standardizes BHI (Brain Heart Infusion) with the suspected organism and plants it to MHA (Mueller Hinton Agar) or MHB (Mueller Hinton Broth) for sensitivity testing.
E) Performs Gram's and AFB staining, TB culture, and India Ink Preparation.

A) Deals with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of blood, 24-hour urine, urine aliquot, CSF, plasma and other body fluids like pleural, peritoneal and ascitic fluid.
B) Performs tests like FBS, Total cholesterol, HDL, Triglyceride, Amylase, BUN, Creatinine, Alkaline Phosphatase, Electrolytes and other special tests.

A) Performs blood screening for Donors and patients to five diagnostic sexually transmitted diseases tests such as HIV, HCV, HbsAg, Syphilis and Malaria.
B) Pre and Post counseling for patients that will undergo HIV screening.
C) Performs HIV Screening and assists confirmatory testing.
D) Performs Serology tests such as Trop-I, Thyroid Functions (FT3, FT4, TSH, T3, T4), PSA, Hepatitis Profile ( Anti-HCV, HbsAg, Anti-HAV, HBe, Anti-Hbc, Anti-Hbe).
