  • I worked on the General Motors account for over twenty one years. Through out the years I worked for a few contract companies.
  • Most recent was Teleperformance. Under Teleperformance I worked the GM Connection Center Department, which was technical support department. In this department we were tasked with technical support for a variety of GM apps, navigation systems, bluetooth, etc. I also worked in the GM Vehicle Purchase Program Department. We assisted with navigating the websites and trouble shooting website technical issues. These websites allowed our members to obtain certificates towards the purchase of new GM vehicles.
  • I also worked for Alorica another contract company for General Motors. Under Alorica I was a quality specialist. I was tasked to review Customer Service calls and find opportunities for improvement. I also worked in the General Motors Infotainment Department which was rolled out when GM began to equip their vehicles with in vehicle apps, e.g., Pandora, Spotify, built in navigation systems, etc. I was tasked with providing technical support. I also worked in the Dealer Business Center. I assisted GM dealers with building and ordering vehicles from the factory.
