Initially hired on a 6-month contract for full support for Svc Center, San Antonio. Later, hired onboard the company within 3 months full-time (10/2021 - 02/15/2021), to extend support to Portland, OR, Indianapolis, IN, and McDonough, GA as needed in recruitment, administrative software training and support, orientations, staffing agency management, handling temp-to-hire conversions, payroll, and policy implementation.

Creating and modifying job descriptions within all departments. Manage more than 200 confidential personnel records in which consisted of Government confidential forms such as I-9's and W-4's and personal Identifications. Guided applicants on how to provide background checks and verify references. Make sure all documents were up to date and filed correctly in order to meet any yearly auditing purposes.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Receiving all Driver complaints and assist with finding solutions to Driver retention. Creating reports (ex. analytically) for all four Terminals in order to solve positively where it benefits both company and employee. Mediator between Royal Express and Fig Group assisting with open enrollment, new hires, inactive personnel, and problem solving concerns of clients. Assisting in recreating an newly HR department for this company includes: Filing, Organizing Reports, Processing all new hires, etc.
