-Complete Administrative tasks in office/ remote
-Manage and sort company email accounts
-Oversee scheduling of approximately 30 incoming calls and meetings
-Follow up on current and potential client accounts
-Responds properly to alarms for homes/business
-Dispatch proper authorities, and notifies responsible parties
-Provide alarm reset instructions to customers during outbound and inbound calls
-Monitor major commercial accounts via video
-Resolving problems by clarifying issues; inquires on credit card
-Maintaining call center database by entering information
-Keeping up with daily metrics such as; first call resolution, schedule adherence, etc
-Follow up with outbound calls to customers
-Provide customer assistance such as finalizing customer transaction
-Organization and cleanliness of work zone
-Recover the store up to good standards
-Recount percentage of inventory merchandise
-Brand guide such as setting new merchandise on display for sale
-Researches trending styles to fit the market
-Assists clients with beauty consultations
