Assist the Department of Defense (DOD) by enforcing policies, procedures, and regulations. Accounted for 10 million dollars in allocated government equipment in more than 40 U.S. Army Reserve Centers across Florida and Puerto Rico while working with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) and the Directorate of Installation Logistics (DIL) under the U.S. Army Reserve Command.

• Developed and implemented transportation solutions for multiple government-issued property events by creating efficient routes and reducing upload points eliminating storage cost by freight companies, which was later recognized by 81st RD Command Team FY 2020.
• Enforced supply policies, plans, and procedures for all government-issued property unloaded and stored, reducing issues impacting logistics operations.
• Liaised between warehouse personnel, customer, and freight company to ensure accuracy, cost and control efficiency, safety, and security.
• Documented any discrepancies if noticed and promptly addressed for resolution before reporting customer feedback to Command Team.
• Annual visits to all locations to conduct yearly inspections, inventory validation, and the assurance of safety protocols as risk assessment, PPE, and inspection sheets for risk mitigation was in place.
• Tracked deliveries with freight company dispatch and notified customers of status or potential delays using coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
• Review system support functions to set priorities and service levels expectations internally.
• Led projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement and resources allocation.
• Handled high-volume data and collaborated with administrators to immediately resolve invoicing and shipping issues.

U.S. Army Reserve Property Book Team Chief. Redesigned storage location layout to accommodate new equipment, maximize space utilization and optimize processes in the new warehouse. Exercise custodial responsibility and support for over $90 million of network equipment property of the U.S. Army Reserve. Provided worldwide logistics oversight for the U.S. Army Reserve and their IT department.

• Generated accountability reports Government software systems: Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS Army).
• Converted GCSS Army data to excel spreadsheets to ensure clear understanding and awareness during briefs, meetings and trainings.
• Monitored inventory demand and material assets to reduce product variability to achieve optimal solutions during deployments.
• Trained and coached supply team members on Installation and Property Accountability to achieve compliance, cost savings and efficiency.
