Founding member of Unreal Deli, a pioneering venture in plant based deli slices, supported by enthusiastic venture capitalists, including making a deal with Mark Cuban on Shark Tank. As VP of R&D and Operations, I lead cross functional teams during robust growth on all development projects including conception, formula development, project management, ingredient sourcing, packaging, commercialization, purchasing, ongoing quality assurance and daily operations for all stages of a PO process in a fast paced environment.

Co creator of Rabbit Hole Foods, local southern California brand of plant based spreads and dips. Executive director of product and business progression, unique formula development, purchasing, sales and growth strategies.

Consult with new food entrepreneurs ready to bring their idea to market. Areas of consulting include formula development, raw material sourcing, packaging solutions, evaluation of USDA nutrition statements, commercialization, SOP and HACCP plans and developing strategies for growth.

2016-2018. Private celebrity chef for Eddie Murphy household. Developed, shopped and prepared a personalized buffet dinner consisting of 8 unique dishes for 10 people. Throughout the day, short order meals prepped by request for all family members.

2018-2020. Meal preparation and private chef for various clients wanting weekly meals or meals prepared in their home. Focus on healthy or alternative diet clients.

The Rabbit Hole Cafe was a labor of love and a test audience for what later was to become Rabbit Hole Foods. Co-created a neighborly Alice and Wonderland themed cafe that invited patrons to engage in a world of wonder and curiosity about plant based eating. As Executive Chef, I developed menu items reinventing familiar foods with an elevated appeal towards healthy, plant based and gluten free diets. As President, oversaw operations for 1M yearly revenues. Managed team of 15. Our team created a neighborhood community for families and young students. We hosted weekly events for young high school students including music and spoken word presentations.

Research and development of consumer product goods in the frozen food aisle from ideation to bench top sample for various nationwide grocers including Trader Joes.

• Advocate and in home parenting coach for differently abled adults striving for successful independence and family life. Facilitated communication between clients, families, caregivers, social services ensure client needs were met.

Provided person centered services including assessment, advocacy, goal setting and coordination of services for differently abled adults to support their choices, hopes and dreams for their future.

Full time lead teacher for Pre K and Kindergarten class in the Montessori method.
