The Rabbit Hole Cafe was a labor of love and a test audience for what later was to become Rabbit Hole Foods. Co-created a neighborly Alice and Wonderland themed cafe that invited patrons to engage in a world of wonder and curiosity about plant based eating. As Executive Chef, I developed menu items reinventing familiar foods with an elevated appeal towards healthy, plant based and gluten free diets. As President, oversaw operations for 1M yearly revenues. Managed team of 15. Our team created a neighborhood community for families and young students. We hosted weekly events for young high school students including music and spoken word presentations.
