• Critical Care Rapid Response Nurse based in CICU responsible for Cardiac arrest, shock, Myocardial infarctions and a myriad of critical illness states. As Rapid Responder, respond to emergencies throughout the facility as well as provide Ultrasound guided IV insertion as needed.

Critical care nurse based in SICU 1: a trauma unit receiving open and closed trauma victims. Extensive experience with massive injury patients sustaining GSW, Stabbing, Assault and blunt force injuries. Knowledge of supportive care to same including Ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, pressor drips.

Staff nurse on Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit. Recovery of open heart surgery patients. Extensive experience with Ventilator patients, IABP, Dialysis, LVAD pumps. Worked with cardiac transplant patients. Extensive knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and treatment implementation.

Worked as a Unit secretary for 4 years and began my Nursing career there in 1977. Spent entire career as Critical Care Nurse in both medical and cardiac areas. Became proficient in Ventilator therapy, Hemodynamic monitoring, IABP therapy and shock resuscitation.
