My Role is currently to assist customers at the Front End, Customer Service Desk, Exit and Register. As a Specialist my Role is to Sign up Club Members, Process Returns, Issue Credits, Refunds and assist Customer with their needs. My
Role also consist on Credit Card sign ups for Sam's Club Members and upgrading them to be Plus Members.

• Provide routine professional and courteous customer service with a personal expectation to exceed company standards each and every time
• Performed continuous contact with customers to ensure we provided 100% satisfaction on a daily basis
• Functional task included but was not limited too: Sales and product inquiry transactions, Order cancellations, Delivery ETA (checking with multiple vendors and delivery agencies to check status), Process returns and refunds, Managed and applied discounts and pricing markdowns

• Performed duties in the packaging of products department
• Worked as a ingredients mixer utilizing formula sheets
• Machine operator that ran a line from start to finish of shift
• Part-time quality Control Analyst (responsible for baking and testing frozen baked products to make sure they met formula expectations with the authority to recall products back into the warehouse if need be)
