Work in clean room, use of IPA, bunny suit gown, certify in AAA knobing, RF bonding, loading/laser marker, and trimming. In the process of training for crushing. Certify in HC knobing, RF bonding, loading/laser marking and trimming. Certify in IBC loading/laser marking and in the process of training for trimming.

Work in clean room, use of chemicals, work on OEM line packaging, labeling, inspection, sonication of parts, touch-up, rework, rinsing and drying parts. Work on faceplate line packaging, labeling, touch-up, rework, rinsing and drying parts. Data entry, help with kitting, utilized ERP, verified and sin off traveler. Knowledge of material handler and production sorting.

Experience in mechanical assembly. Work with small instrument such as tweezer, small power tools and etc. Installation and fabrication of production parts. Inner house inspection, alignment, back plate assembly, barcode scan and serialization.

Work in clean room, clean rtv, do unit creation, x-ray scanning, El test and than do pack out. Tapes alignment on module, prep hand soldering bus bar, El image testing, daily log, soldering bus bar on module and bus lead inspect everything is align with spacing. Put serial number on back sheet of the module.

Work in clean room, follow MPI, use of hand tools to screw small circuit board and glass on base. Focus alignment and testing for data analysis to make decision for process improvement. Close unit and final testing.

Operate molding machine, machine setup, purge, put stamper on mirror. Check to see any damages on effective area. Listen to ensure quality assurance, test on and record data. Troubleshooting, repair all major equipment and maintain equipment clean and ready. Work with chemical for cleaning mask part for machine. Help with packaging and quality control.

Work in clean room environment and wear clean room garments. Use of microscope and clean cathedral with fiber glass. Use of IPA. Help of soldering tip.
