Patients were ventilator dependent with diagnosis such as Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Amputee, Cardiac, Bariatric and Musculoskeletal disorders. Provided 1:1 treatment sessions and or co-treat sessions with other disciplines
• Monitored vital signs during therapy sessions, reported any changes promptly to supervising therapist.

• Compassionately assisted patients with debilitating conditions such as Orthopedic, Cardiac, Musculoskeletal
  and Neurological disorders. Facilitated ADLs and Community Re-Entry tasks. Recommended adaptive equipment as needed for discharge planning. Provided restorative and caregiver training.
