Was also recognized for helping the Correctional Clinic through implementation of a Lean Process training to upgrade efficiency and effectiveness

Frequently worked with the medical staff while scheduling and escorting inmates to their appointments

Independently supervised day-to-day activities for inmates

Duties included overseeing recreation, meals, visitation times while professionally enforcing and implementing the rules, policies, and procedures

Completed multiple trainings in a timely manner to maintain employee and inmate safety within the facility

Maintained relationships with the facilities contractors and served as the point of contact for a civilian maintenance crew for a five-year period

Worked well under pressure and in high-stress situations
