  • Manage 14 Townhomes Service Areas for a total of 613 doors. The Service Areas are made up of townhomes groupings, duplexes, triplexes and one group of garden homes.
  • Each Service Area receives additional services from TownHall such as landscape maintenance, irrigation, exterior cleaning,roofing, painting, exterior caulking and exterior pest control. This projects are done on a project frequency schedule and according to an operating budget and reserve funding for each Service Area.
  • Monthly landscape inspections, prepare report with pictures and evaluate the vendor with a grading sheet.
  • Held quarterly Service Area committee meetings. ( 8 committee's)
  • Monthly reports to the Service Areas and Management.
  • Documented service requests from community members as a task or project in CiraNet.
  • Inspection of work performed by vendors and documented in a project inspection log.
  • Search for new vendors to add to the RFP process for landscape, roofing, painting, etc.
  • Responsible for documenting GoGov tickets from homeowners and ensuring landscape vendors are responding to GoGov tickets promptly.
  • Triage FAQ's not pertaining to Service Area to the correct department.
  • Professional and solution oriented communication with residents daily.
