• Conducted thorough investigations to resolve complex cases and uncover critical evidence to corroborate conspiracies leading to the origin of a crime.
• Simultaneous case management of criminal reports spanning across various criminal activates, such as Financial Crimes, Robbery/Burglary, Missing Persons, Sex Registry, Sexual Assault and Elder Abuse.

• Provide information resources to victims through trama advocacy groups, such as Office of the Victim Advocate, Yale Child Study, Department of Children and Family, Agency on Aging and following up with mandated reporting to relevant agencies.
• Launch a financial abuse prevention curriculum for senior residents complete with presentation and literature.

• Instructor liaison identifying continuing education opportunities for veteran officers and new recruits through the Police Officer Standard and Training Council for staffs personnel enrichment and overall contributions to the agency goals.
• Utilized my Instructor Certification to impart both intellectual and practical knowledge of criminal intelligence to veteran officers and recruits at yearly in-service training.
