- Serve on IST (Instructional Student Support Team) in identifying students in need of further support, evaluating specific needs of student, and implementing FBAs and BIPs, providing information on student progress, or lack there of, as well as informing committee on outside resources that will best support specific students, which includes making contact with families

- Work with School Resource Officers in supporting students, which includes ensuring open communication and how people trained in manners other than educational setting can best support team and philosophies of school community
