  • Work on Master Schedule, ensuring schedule provides opportunity for inclusion and team meetings, as well as opportunities for students to participate in electives
  • Train faculty and staff in TCIS practices as district wide initiative
  • Created Positive Culture Committee to improve climate and culture of building for both students and faculty and staff. Committee included students, parents, and faculty and evolved as needs evolved.
