  • Pet supplies: This ‘no charge’ exclusivity applies only to businesses that might be considered competition for products sold at the grocery store
  • For example, a pet business that sells pet food competes with the grocery store
  • They can be sold but cannot advertise the competing products
  • Pet services that do not compete with the grocery store, such as a dog washing business, do not qualify for exclusivity
  • CBD businesses: MUST be sold as an exclusive
  • (This Category CAN NOT be sold on any of the Kroger Banners) Corporate policy is one CBD business per store, so whether the customer requests exclusivity or not, they get it
  • The CBD category is also a category that will be paid AS EARNED as the payments come in
  • Your commissions earned will be paid on the payroll closest to each quarter of each cycle printed
