Selected by Senior Level Management as Project Manager for the implementation of a new HRIS system. 

Results: Worked side by side with UKG to automate critical HR processes: payroll, benefits administration, time management, recruiting and onboarding modules. Saved an immeasurable amount of time across all disciplines.

Selected by Senior Level Management as liason to work with salary administration, compensation, and performance management vendor.

Results: Implemented annual review of market compensation for all job roles across the organization. Gained extensive experience working with salary administration company. Making strides to ensure pay equity and transparency. 

Creating Member Loyalty Training Certification Onsite, one week extensive 88 hour training program that equips trainers with a comprehensive and practical approach to developing the essential skills needed to forge exceptional member and employee experiences. This training is grounded in the behavior modelling approach which allows participants to practice scenarios that apply newly gained skills. 

Results: Certified to administer Leadership Training and Specialized Service Strategies that ensure consistent service standards are adhered to by staff and pertinent leadership skills transferred to management up to and including the Executive Level. 

Served as SME in Branch Operations training. Created a training program for newly hired employees. Incorporated cash handling skills practice as well as real-world simulations of actual member interactions with computers/scanners/transaction tickets. 

Results: New Hire training expanded by 1 week to include specialized training of teller and branch staff. Branch staff training time reduced by 1 month. 

Developed internal recruiting controls and procedures for full cycle recruiting to present the Business Case to Senior Level Management for bringing recruiting in-house. Oversaw and implemented new procedures.

Results:  The recruiting function was transitioned to in-house, saving the organization millions of dollars and improving retention numbers to record highs for our organization.
