I have been honored to work in the Chula Vista Elementary School District in the Special Education Program for the past 20 years. I have been an Instructional Assistant in both the SDC and RSP settings with a focus on student needs in academics, behavioral development and data collection of student progress in both areas. I have had the privilege of being a part of a solid team in which we have presented trainings that targeted the implementation of The Wilson Reading System along with a program that is data driven which in turn creates consistency, efficacy, and an enriched program for IEP progress and success. I am well-trained in academic, behavioral and personal needs of students. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing students succeed.
