• Serves as a Clinical Field Instructor providing clinical and theoretical supervision to registered interns, staff, trainees and practicum students (AOD Certifications, ASW, and AMFT)
• Manage program’s budget, forecasting and planning
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team and provide guidance for strength-based Treatment and discharge planning
• Manages clinical programs to assure compliance with BBS standards and programmatic clinical best-practice standards
• Ascertain Program requirements from internal sources and external partners, translate into specific goals, and ensure the delivered products will meet the expectations of clients, stakeholders, and external collaborators
• Provide trauma-informed practices to individual, family, and group therapy
• Provides clinically sound triage assessment, therapy, leadership, training toward achieving greater emotional and spiritual wholeness as part of successful program completion
• Approve, maintain and update group therapy curriculum materials based on Evidence Based Practice
• Interfaces with community mental health resources as appropriate and necessary to support established partnerships
• Plans and administers therapeutic treatment to assist clients in controlling disorders and other problems
• Facilitate and provides training for staff on various clinical issues, modalities, and evidence best practices.

• Conducts assessments, individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Completing biopsychosocial, pre-assessments, and any concurrent reviews for insurance approval based on ASAM criteria
• Training Facilitator and Clinical Supervisor for associates, trainees and practicum students
• Supervise and facilitate perpetrators domestic violence groups (Level 2) and individual therapy for dual diagnosis clients.

● Support the Program Director with the responsibilities of the program operations, service delivery, contract compliance, personnel management, staff schedules, program development, budgetary and fiscal responsibilities, quality assurance and improvement, facility maintenance, clinical oversight, and implementation and compliance with CRF's policies and procedures and CARF expectations.

● Providing crisis interventions/stabilization and therapeutic interventions to clients and/or members of client’s families in individual, group modalities using various theories. Conducting collateral interviews as indicated with all identified partners, i.e., school, social services, probation, and other treatment providers; maintains timely, complete, accurate and professional documentation, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.

● Support the Program Director and Assistant Program Director with the responsibilities of the program operations, service delivery, contract compliance, personnel management, program development, budgetary and fiscal responsibilities, quality assurance and improvement, and implementation and compliance with CRF's policies and procedures and CARF expectations.

• The development, implementation, and evaluation of an integrated treatment approach for youth with co-occurring psychiatric and substance disorders and quality trauma informed youth programs that adhere to and uphold the rigorous standards SDYS and CARF, Drug Medical (Title 22) and billing as mandated by its mission, purpose, guiding principles and standards quality of care
• Provide personnel management to include the agency Professional Development Plan, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluations of core staff and monitor of county and federal budget and reporting contract data collection
• Provide therapeutic intervention services to toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults using individual, family, and group treatment
• Utilizing ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) employing Wrap-Around Approach, IOP, DCH, CS/CI which also included perpetrators and survivors of sexual abuse and incest and domestic violence victims
• Responsible for program implementation, overall coordination of daily program schedule and quality control of services to include, but not be limited to, monitoring intake assessment and Person-Centered Service plans; case management and AOD and Integrated services, family and individual counseling and community-based activities; staff supervision; and contract data collection, compliance, and reporting
• Certified by San Diego State University as Field Instructor providing clinical and theoretical supervision to staff, Master and Bachelor level students.
