● Support the Program Director with the responsibilities of the program operations, service delivery, contract compliance, personnel management, staff schedules, program development, budgetary and fiscal responsibilities, quality assurance and improvement, facility maintenance, clinical oversight, and implementation and compliance with CRF's policies and procedures and CARF expectations.

Conducting collateral interviews as indicated with all identified partners, i.e., school, social services, probation, and other treatment providers; maintains timely, complete, accurate and professional documentation, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
