My main responsibilities as part of the store management team, were to ensure that all departments within the store were following Menards policies and procedures. By, delivering great customer service, along with being efficient with payroll and monitoring the stores bottomline.
My focus at the Antigo Menards was to grow the ship from store program, from a one person operation, to over 30 employees, shipping over 1200 packages a day. With the assistance of my team, we became the central shipping hub for Menards.
I was responsible for writing weekly schedules, promoting weekly sales, hiring staff, watching the departments P &L's and training.
I was responsible for providing great customer service, as well as maintaining the Building materials department.
