I have 6+ years experience in customer service, retail, and human relations, as well as working together with co-workers to achieve a common goal. I am Microsoft Office Certified, so I would be able to help with any computer based work or projects, as I know most computer systems and programs and can adapt to new ones quickly and efficiently. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 2021, where I earned a bachelor's degree in history. I also have archival and cataloging experience, as well as leadership experience as I led a team of interns to complete an archival project in the summer of 2020.

Most recently, I have worked for the University of Arkansas in two different important aspects: Admissions and University Housing. Currently, I work at the University Housing building on campus, where I assist both incoming and returning students with their housing, meal plans, and, financial, and safety needs.
