Over see two thermite welding gangs, sometimes more. As the EIC I am In charge of providing Job briefings, on track safety for gangs. Eliminating DC defects and joint elimination on the southern region. Reporting production and time for both gangs.

• Ordering PPE and tools for both gangs through eprocurment.
• Assigning multiple gangs to work locations for production and dc defect removal.
• EIC responsibilities include OTS, job briefings, time/production reporting, orchestrating multiple gangs with work locations and daily task.

Track Inspector 5 + yrs of Class 4 & 5 Rail Road.

• 213.7 of the FRA track standards qualified.
• Insured that track was good for class of speed.
• Provided slow order restrictions and protected track when track did not meet standards.
• Ensured that track was met with the FRA book of standards as well as the Union Pacific standards.
• Rode EC Cars every time it went across territory for surface and line conditions.
• Insured all dc defects were protected with slow orders.
• inspected yard tracks, and class 1 tracks cline lead, spofford yard and occasionally Eagle Pass Yard.
• 1st responder for weather conditions, derailments, and heat inspections.
• Piloted FRA inspector across territory.
• wrote up defects, such as surface and line, rail defects, vegetation defects.
• Training in FRA inspections, derailment prevention.
• Ordering of Frogs, Rail and PPE for Uvalde.

Section Track Foreman

• Relief Tract inspectors from SA219 to SA372 on the Del Rio Sub and Relived from EP000 to mexico bridge.
• Piloting for detector car, Tie X-ray Car and DBI spray truck.
• Maintaince of class 4 & 5 of the Del Rio sub, maintained switches, frogs guard rails, tie replacement, gauging tangent and curve mainline. repairs of broken rail and installation of frogs, switch points and stock rails.

• Supervise Tamper and Ballast regulator on the Del Rio and Eagle Pass Sub.
• Maintain surface and line condition of mainline
• Removal of track profile and alignment issues with track.
• Maintaining degree of curves.
• Surfacing of new construction bridges, crossings, frogs.

• Elimination of mainline, switch joints.
