I have owned and operated my own business for a little over a year now. Although it has been very successful in the first year it has also been extremely difficult. I no longer have a healthy work/life balance. It is a 24/7 job that is very physically and mentally straining. I take pride in my business and have loved watching it grow, but it is taking a toll on me. I would love to work for a company again where I felt as if all the weight wasn't on my shoulders.
