  • Assemble complex power conversion and/or power storage units from frame-up following detailed mechanical and electrical engineering prints to meet industry and customer specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments—including cross-functional floor teams, engineering, test, and management—to ensure accurate build sequencing and prompt resolution of production issues.
  • Install all necessary sub-components including control panels, transformers, chokes, copper bussing, manifold and thyristor assemblies, switch mode assemblies, and chopper modules.
  • Route and terminate electrical wiring and cabling, and plumb units using nylon or vinyl tubing and PVC to ensure proper integration of subcomponents and functionality of units as a whole.
