Club devoted to raising awareness of living standards and medical practice in Africa. Focused on raising money to aid in clinics and research, as well as appropriate shadowing opportunities.
- Created program activities, agendas, and budgets based on client requirements

Club focused on students potentially pursuing a Pre-Vet higher education or interested in pursuing a similar track.
- Created weekly newsletters containing important details
- Raised awareness and helped maintain proper funding to run the events
- Managed calendar reminders for upcoming deadlines or events associated with the club

- Accurately recorded information in AVImark

- Prepared appropriate medications for patients

- Applied appropriate handling techniques during fluid collection

- Assisted in running various in-house testing machines (i.e. Cytology, Bloodwork, etc.)

- Shadowed surgeons and supported veterinary staff in daily clinical operations.
- Assisted with surgical prep, patient care, and sterilization tasks

Earned an internship at the University of Utah, College of Pharmacology. Gained lab experience and performed variety of lab techniques. Included skills:

- Used ImageJ to overlap photos of cells
- Counted cells and compiled them into data
- Learned how to perform an RNAscope as well as Epifluorescence Microscopy
- Created chemical solutions during labs
- Cleaned test tubes and environment and practiced sterile technique

- Accurately took and relayed food and beverage orders; provided timely refills and attentive follow-up.
- Built rapport with members and returning guests to create a welcoming, personalized experience.
- Upheld luxury service standards in a high-expectation country club setting.

1st Summer:
- Managed and properly administered dog medicines - Ensured proper care of dogs
- Tracked costumer's equipment and property
2nd Summer (including first-year responsibilities):
- Open and manage store solo
- Answered calls and managed reservations
- Received and recorded payments
- Managed invoices and receipts
- Called veterinary clinics for updated vaccine records
