Rowan Welch

I have participated in many roles as a boy scout. They have allowed me to gain many skills.

• Gained strong leadership skills by managing my patrol as a patrol leader.
• Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness through building many gateways at competition camping most recently earning 1st place Gateway at 2024 Phoenix Camporee.
• Adaptable and proficient in learning new concepts quickly in order to continuously rank advance and complete merit badges.
• Demonstrated a high level of initiative and creativity while tackling difficult tasks including hikes, camping, and various scouting activities.
• Strengthened communication skills through regular interactions with other Patrols in our Troop.
• Provided volunteer services and support to fellow scouts by collaborating on their respective Eagle Scout projects and Flag burning ceremonies.
