-Responsible for maximizing store merchandise and fuel sale volumes to achieve /maintain store budget.

-Managing inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock issues.

-In charge of all store financials.

-Responsible for recruiting , training, mentoring new employees as well as MIT's for the district, ensures all hours of operation is covered.

-Ensuring all employees adheres to company policies and procedures.

-Responsible for communicating sales and profitability goals to all employees and set weekly goals to exceed store budget and expectation.

-Effectively oversees the facility operations during the absence of the General Manager.

-Prepares schedules, shift reports/audits, food consumption calculations, assist in analyzing financial data.

-See to it that all procedures are understood and followed by all team members as well as training new hires.

-Responsible for all aspects of the store's daily operations to include lottery tickets, gas , groceries and cash reports.

-Responsible for ordering all merchandise, checking in all vendors and making sure all invoices are accurate.

- Scheduling, training new hires, audits and make sure all employees adhere to company policies.
