  • Serves as the bureau point of contact with Diplomatic Security for requesting staff door access for CSO space. This is for (FTE’s and contractors) for account creations and providing them with guidance with any question.
  • Made purchases with government purchase card and would make payments for supplies, upcoming projects, events, furniture etc. for the bureau. Reconciled the procurement items at the end of the month through Ariba. Completed work orders in a timely manner.
  • Leads the coordination of services with other EX office employees to ensure that CSO employees receive best-in-class service from the time of their arrival through their departure.
  • Coordinate with A Bureau to properly plan, organize and execute the bureau’s office space and moves.
  • Coordinate with the Building Maintenance Company and Leased Annex Services of the Department to provide overall management of the bureau’s office suite.
  • Coordinate with Bureau internal IT staff for moving workstations within the bureau; purchase of software and hardware and other needed IT items.

  • Aids in the coordination of correspondence and other materials received in the office. Installed electronic monitoring equipment as necessary. Inclusion zones and exclusion zones to minimize risks and enhance their safety.
