I began working here in Aug 2023 as wheelchair van driver since I was finishing studying for the NREMT for EMT-B. In November 2023, I passed and began working as a EMT-B working at this IFT company. I started working primarily BLS shifts and now I work ALS shifts more than BLS. I worked here Aug 2023- Feb 2024. Then moved to Austin and worked for AMR from March 2024-May 2024 in Austin, Tx and moved back to San Antonio, Tx to work at Shurmed again May 2024-current. I currently work 1 24 hour shift a week and 2 12 hour shifts a week.

I have been taking the AEMT class from Sept 2024-March 2025. I patched up to AEMT on July 1st, 2025.

This is where my love and interest began for the medical field. I worked as a dental assistant for this company and worked on all sorts of patients ranging from pediatrics, patients with braces, patients who required oral surgery with wisdom teeth or certain cases, and patients from all ages from pediatrics all the way to elders.

Produced deli products for grocery store throughout my first college year then moved down to San Antonio, Tx.

Demonstrated rapid learning and leadership skills, resulting in promotion to assistant manager. This was my first job, I worked here from age 16-18.
