I have held the position for 25 years as Field and Clinical LPN and the position of Home Health Coordinator for 4 years. I was a private surgical nurse from 1994 to 1996. My job duties included:

• Evaluated laboratory results and other diagnostic studies to determine diagnosis or plan of care for each patient.
• Identified potential risk factors for acute illness or injury in the field setting and provided appropriate interventions.
• Administered prescribed medications following established protocols while monitoring for adverse reactions or side effects.

As HH Coordinator, I handle all signed documents from MD's for billing/Medicare requirements. I worked as the Physician Liaison handling communication between patients and clinician's. I performed various office duties and electronic chart documentation. I coordinated with case management and the hospitalist regarding discharge of patients from hospital to home and anticipated all pt needs to reduce rehospitalization. I performed intake as well as scheduling of staff in office. I worked within the WCC with the wound care Physician's. I worked with Adventhealth Hospital doing our Community Outreach programs throughout the years as well as some Marketing.

I am IV certified. I hold a current CPR card. I hold a Certificate for Medical Billing and Coding. I have 29 years of experience with wound vacs/wound care, ostomy care, IV administration/teaching and disease teaching and management. I worked in employee health with onboarding new hires during Pandemic. I am certified to do respirator mask fittings and vaccinations. I am very experienced with lab draws.
