Currently the Site Operations Manager at Calderys LLC in Jacksonville Al and have been in this position for 1.5 years. Experienced in SAP, Google Sheets, and Excel. With 16 years in Refractory Manufacturing being started in production as a forklift driver in 2007 when this site was known as Spar Refractories. Directly engaged with the production floor EE ensuring production efficiency, safety and shop morale is positive and focused. Background in scheduling and maintaining all production, while also managing all site KPI's. Strive to meet all customer demands and work closely with the HSES Manager. Working directly with Purchasing to forecast Raw materials for upcoming production orders. Work with HSES to plan any safety events or goals so that safety is a priority and production is efficient and all deadlines are met. Work with R&D and also QC to assure first pass quality and all samples are delivered on time and to the right specification. Work directly with Finance on monthly P&L and monitor FC and VC are in line with revenue and sales.
